LePageville Baptist Church

St. Thomas Missionary Baptist Church

As the LePageville community declined and houses were torn down, Reed Dulany Jr. of Southern States deeded the church building to the residents. The deacons decided that moving the building would be more cost prohibitive and LePageville Baptist Church was demolished in the late 1960s. After acquiring the building off Park Ave it was renamed St. Thomas Missionary Baptist Church when the community had to relocate in 1967.
